Events 2020

Music for the Mind sessions are held on every second Wednesday of the month throughout the year from 2-3.30pm in the Cathedral Hall for those living with dementia, their friends, carers and families. You are welcome to join us for tea and cake followed by singing and dancing.

Global Caring We are showing the film  “Global Caring” A film considering our responsibility to care for our world, commissioned by the Catholic Bishops and produced by Café  on 10th March at 7.15pm in the Cathedral Hall. There will be time for reflection and discussion. All are welcome.

Easter Feast of Fun  Families are welcomed to the Cathedral for a disco, crafts and hot meal on the 15th April from 2pm to 4pm.

VE 75th Anniversary Afternoon tea on Friday 8th May.

Mary Ward Loreto Sister Imelda Poole will speak about her work, leading Mary Ward Loreto in Albania, to prevent and rescue victims of human trafficking and also show a film of her work on Sunday 10th May at 6pm in the Cathedral Hall after the 5pm Mass. The main focus of Mary Ward Loreto is to work against trafficking in human persons in Albania, through prevention, awareness-raising and in advocacy. All are welcome.

Refugee Walk There is a Walk with Refugee families in the North York Moors at Lealholm followed by a hot 2 course meal in the Village Hall on Saturday  6th June leaving Middlesbrough at 10am and returning at approximately 4pm.  You are welcome to come along and walk with the group or help with catering. Mass of the Fellowship Our next Mass with the Fellowship is on 18th October 2020 at 3pm followed  by tea
