The Adult Choir currently numbers about 20 mixed voices and leads the singing during term time at the Sunday 10am Mass, occasional Saturday Vigil Masses, weddings, funerals other celebrations as required. The choir rehearses at Saint Mary’s Cathedral each week on Thursday at 7.30pm. Membership of the Adult Choir is open to all and there is no audition process. We extend a warm welcome to new members.

As a member of the Adult Choir you will

• Explore an exciting and varied range of choral music
• Receive expert choral training in a happy environment
• Improve all your musical skills  as you study music from the  Royal Schools of Church Music Voice for Life scheme
• Be a vital part of an RSCM affiliated choir 
• Take a leading role in music at the Cathedral
