The St Mary’s Cathedral Boys’ Choir is a new and exciting initiative at Saint Mary’s Cathedral.  Applications are invited from from boy trebles aged 8 years and upwards to take part in this great musical adventure.  The Young Voices Choir is directed by the Cathedral and Diocesan Director of Music, Timothy Craig Harrison.

As a member of the St Mary’s Cathedral Boy’s Choir you will

• Explore an exciting and varied range of choral music
• Receive expert choral training in a happy environment
• Improve all your musical skills
• Be a vital part of a Royal Schools of Church Music affiliated choir
• Gain  RSCM choral medals as your skills develop
• Take a leading role in music at the Cathedral
• Sing throughout the region
• Tour with the choir

 

The St Mary’s Cathedral Boys’ Choir rehearses each Wednesday 4.30pm – 5.30pm during term time.
