GRATEFUL THANKS: Fr. Pat Hartnett and the community of St. Therese of Lisieux parish thank you most sincerely for the £592. 03p. which we raised last weekend to help towards the building of the Church. Many thanks for your generosity.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS: Each Friday during Lent, there will be Stations of the Cross at 12 noon, and also at 7 p.m. for families. The Stations of the Cross this coming Friday at 12 noon will be led by the Children’s Liturgy Group.
SUPPORTING LAY PASTORAL MINISTRY: Just a reminder that the next session will take place this coming Tuesday, 9th March at 7 p.m. in the Cathedral Hall.
YOUTH GROUP: The activity this coming Wednesday, 10th March is swimming at the Rainbow Centre. Please meet at the Rainbow Centre at 6.30 p.m.
YOUTH LEADER REQUIRED – aged 18+, with experience in youth work. This will be a paid position, initially for a few hours each Wednesday evening during term time. Please see Fr. Gerard if you are interested.
LENTEN SOUP KITCHEN - this year will be in aid of CAFOD Haiti Earthquake Appeal.. Soup will be available after Stations of the Cross each Friday at 12.30 p.m.
OFFERTORY COLLECTION ENVELOPES: The offertory envelopes for the new financial year (which begins in April) will be prepared shortly. If you do not currently use envelopes, will you please consider using them by adding your name and address to the list at the back of the Church. If you are a taxpayer, please indicate by a ? that you will ‘Gift Aid’ your donation. By doing so, you will be increasing your donation by 25% at no extra cost to yourself. Many thanks.

PARISH FINANCE COMMITTEE: At the meeting last Wednesday, those present were confident that the current group of members would be sufficient to help manage and develop our parish finances. A full list of the membership of this Committee will be published next week.
PROJECT PERU: The amount raised in February was £310. 76p. Total raised since 1st July 2007 is £13,344.32. Thank you for your continued support and generosity. There is a report next to the Peru bowl, giving details of how your donations are used. Please take a copy home with you.
